Cancellation Policy

At Eazier, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled service will incur no penalty.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a $15 cancellation fee to cover allocated staff time.

  • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments without notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.

Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority!
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.

  • We will arrange a free re-cleaning of the affected areas, or offer a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

  • Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis and typically processed within 5–7 business days.
